Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be able to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original package.

Several product types cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or magazines cannot be returned. Nor do we accept products for intimate or health use, hazardous products or gases or flammable liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products

To return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only a partial reimbursement is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl disc that has been opened.
* Any article that is not in its original state, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
* Any item that returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned article, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision on the approval or rejection of your claim for reimbursement.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact the issuing entity of your credit card, as there may be a delay before your reimbursement is officially displayed.
Then contact your bank. There is often a time limit for processing before a refund is posted.

Articles sold (if applicable)
Only items at current prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, the balanced items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an article only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail at contact@fungirl.frand send us your article to: la chabannerie , France.

Gifts
If the returned item was identified as a gift when you purchase and sent it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to that of your return. Once we have received the item returned, a gift check will be sent to you by mail.

If the item has not been identified as a gift when you purchase, or if the gift donor preferred to receive the item first to offer it later, we will send a refund to the gift donor and he will know that you returned the item.

Expedition
To return a product, you must mail it to:the Chabannerie, France.

It will be your responsibility to pay your own shipping fee to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return fee will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you ship an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article you are returning to us.
